邓胜群，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师、军科院联合硕士研究生导师,现任安徽医科大学寄生虫学教研室执行主任，安徽省医学会热带医学与寄生虫学分会委员兼学术秘书,安徽省预防医学会病媒生物防制专业委员会委员，安徽省预防医学会医学寄生虫学专业委员会委员，安徽省动物学会理事。同时担任Frontiers in Public Health期刊客座编辑；Decoding Infection and Transmission青年编委；《中国血吸虫病防治杂志》青年编委。致力于重要蚊媒传染病防治研究，在该方向上承担了多项国家自然科学基金和安徽省自然科学基金。相关的研究成果已在Plos Neglect Trop Dis，J Pest Sci，Parasite Vector，Sci China Life Sci等刊物上发表，其中以第一作者或通讯作者（含共同）发表SCI收录论文20篇。累计被引次数超过1200次。申请国家发明专利5项。
